Today I want to say a huge thank you to the person in the car with that sticker. Some people might think it’s small, but I sat at a stoplight with tears running down my face after reading those ten words. It reminded me I am more than my depression and that my life matters.
My partner said, “You were meant to see that today,” and maybe that’s true. Thank you to that stranger — and to everyone who helped my partner get me home safe last night. Please remember: you matter. You are worthy. Don’t let your story end here.
