Three years ago we lost our 28 year old daughter. She was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle. We still don’t know why or who is responsible. She left behind a little girl as well as a large extended family who love her dearly.
It’s been a tough year. But I’ve also seen the grace of God and that has given me strength. We must go on somehow, never forgetting, “yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? You are but a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.” -James 4:14.
She was a beautiful soul and we see signs from her that comfort us on this journey.
