Before anyone makes jokes—know this: Jared has been fighting lung cancer, and we almost lost him. Recently, he was finally cleared to begin exercising again.
Right now, his arms measure 8 ¼ inches, his legs just over 12 inches, and he’s at 0% body fat. I’ve taken him under my wing, and we’re going to work on building him back up. Stay tuned for Jared’s progress.
