“They absolutely love it” ❤
This wonderful picture shows Margaret Pullen, 84, and Richard Henry, 87, dipping their toes in the sea thanks to specialist beach wheelchairs.
With the help of the community, Swn-y-Mor Care Centre in Port Talbot bought two chairs which cost £3,500 each.
The home’s manager, Sharon Williams, said: “They love it; just to be able to paddle their toes in the water again is amazing.
“It’s something they never thought they’d do again.”
