Big Brother 27 houseguest Lauren Domingue was sent to the Jury House during the second half of the double eviction, and she now reveals what her relationship with her Final 2, Vince Panaro, would’ve looked like if she’d stayed in the game. Lauren, a 23-year-old bridal consultant and Big Brother superfan from Lafayette, Louisiana, initially played an under-the-radar game, but her relationship with Vince eventually forced her into the spotlight.
Lauren was in two main alliances during Big Brother 27: Bond Girls with Ava Pearl and The Bond with Ava, Vince, Adrian Rocha, Zach Cornell, and Will Williams. She was also working with Katherine Woodman and Rylie Jeffries, but her Final 2 was with Vince.
Lauren was Head of Household (HOH) twice during her time in the game. Her first HOH reign was considered a failure because her own ally, Adrian, was evicted during it. During her second HOH, Will Williams was evicted. Although Keanu Soto was her original target, the HOH was successful because Lauren wasn’t working with Will in any way.
Although Lauren was known for her meek and mild personality, she made some big moves during the game. When season 13 winner Rachel Reilly was HOH in week 6, Lauren defied her and saved Vince with the Power of Veto. Although this led to Rachel nominating Rylie and sending him home, Lauren proved that she wasn’t afraid of the queen of Big Brother.
In addition, Lauren won the BB Blockbuster on double eviction night. However, when Morgan Pope won HOH in the second eviction, she couldn’t resist getting rid of Lauren so that she could have Vince all to herself. Morgan was incensed that Vince had chosen Lauren over her in the game, especially during the White Locust twist, when he picked Lauren to play before Morgan.
Vince is in an alliance called the Judges with Morgan and Ashley, as well as evicted houseguests Rachel and Will. His White Locust decision was part of the reason that Rachel went home, and why Lauren won HOH, which led to Will being evicted.
However, Vince finally put Morgan ahead of Lauren when he named Lauren as his replacement nominee during week 10. Lauren was very upset by this decision, and she told him that their relationship wouldn’t be the same after it. She didn’t understand why her Final 2 was putting her game in danger.
After her eviction, Lauren told ScreenRant what she would’ve done if Vince had picked Morgan instead of her during the White Locust twist, and she revealed her shocking plans for Vince if she hadn’t been evicted.
Evicted Big Brother 27 Houseguest Lauren Domingue Wouldn’t Have Targeted Vince Panaro
Lauren Would’ve Honored Her & Vince’s Final 2 To Further Her Own Game
ScreenRant: Looking back, if Vince had picked Morgan over you in the White Locust competition, would that have shifted what you did during your last HOH? Would Vince have ever been a target for you in the double eviction or in the future?
Lauren Domingue: I don’t think that that decision would have changed what I did for my nominations. I also don’t think that I would have targeted him in the future. Not necessarily because I wanted to stay loyal to him, especially after he put me on the block.
But, I knew that if he thought that we still had our Final 2 and that I was loyal to him, even after he put me on the block, that he would continue to hopefully honor that as well and be a number for me, if nothing else. So I was going to honor that and stay loyal to him for as long as I thought it would get me further in the game.
Although it’s shocking to hear that Lauren wouldn’t have targeted Vince even after he betrayed her by nominating her, her reasoning makes sense. It would’ve been better for her to play logically and keep Vince as a number, rather than make an emotional decision and target someone who wouldn’t have voted her out. Lauren would’ve used Vince to further her own Big Brother 27 game, which would’ve been a smart, and possibly game-winning, move.
