Jelly Roll praises God and gives Him all the glory on stage IN THE MIDDLE of downtown Portland, Oregon last night.
Words can’t explain how POWERFUL this is – pointing thousands of people to TRUTH in one of the most Godless cities in the nation.
Jelly Roll: “My journey to the stage was not very traditional. I didn’t think I’d make it to this stage. I didn’t think I’d make it this far in life. I come from a long line of drug addicts and people who have been in and out of prison, and just like them, I became a drug addict and was in and out of prison. I thought I was going to spend the rest of my life being a drug addict who was in and out of prison. I thought I didn’t have a chance. I thought I was absolutely hopeless. I thought not a person in the world could save me. And I was right—nobody in this world could save me. But God showed up that day, and He showed up like a lightning bolt. He gave me His grace. He gave me His glory. He changed my life in an instant. It was the wildest thing I never saw coming. And now, because of that grace and that grace alone, we are opening up for one of the biggest artists in the world, baby! So loud in Portland, Oregon last night!”
