“I’m 90 damn years old. I don’t walk the way I want to, I don’t run, I don’t play football anymore. And I know that death is there, somewhere around the corner. But you know what? I’m happy. I write, I do my things, I enjoy every moment. I have two daughters, three grandchildren, an extraordinary wife. Everyone, sooner or later, will catch up with me. That’s life. But I’m 90, I didn’t stop at 9, or 19 or 29. I’ve lived the best life I could imagine, with the best family possible. And for me, that’s all that matters.” A lesson in gratitude and love for life, without regrets. 🌿
