I did not write this… but WOW, it touched my heart so deeply! Truly worth the read. ❤️
Barely the day begins and suddenly it is already six in the evening.
Barely Monday arrives and somehow it is already Friday.
The month slips away before we even notice… and the year is nearly over.
And then one day, we realize that forty, fifty, sixty years have passed.
We realize we have lost people we love — parents, friends, moments we thought would last forever.
We realize it is too late to go back.
So, let us try — despite everything — to enjoy the time we still have.
Let us fill our days with things we love.
Let us add a little color to the grey.
Let us smile at the little moments that warm our hearts.
Let us live with serenity and gratitude for the time we are given.
We need to stop living for later.
I will do it later.
I will say it later.
I will think about it later.
We leave everything for later, as if later is promised.
But we forget that later, the coffee gets cold.
Later, priorities change.
Later, the magic fades.
Later, our health may fail.
Later, the kids grow up.
Later, our parents age.
Later, promises are forgotten.
Later, the day turns into night.
Later, life ends.
And then, it is often too late.
So, let us leave nothing for later.
Because while we keep waiting for the perfect moment, we might lose the best ones.
We might miss the laughter, the memories, the hugs, the conversations, the people who matter most.
The day is today. The moment is now.
We are no longer at an age where we can afford to postpone what matters.
Live, love, laugh, say what you feel, and cherish every heartbeat.
If this spoke to your heart like it did to mine, share it with someone who needs the reminder. ❤️
