“Friends, this sweet girl at Starbucks in Belden made my day, yesterday. After I ordered my triple latte, she was telling me all about the pumpkin spice nitro cold brew.
She excitedly asked, ‘Would you like to try it!? I can make you a little sample!!’
I agreed, and off she went, bouncing around to put it together, and delicately topping it off with the pumpkin sprinkly stuff. She was so happy that it made me happy.
I told her to keep on smiling and that she did a great job and asked her if I could tell all my friends how awesome she is.
We hear so much about ‘Today’s generation’. Honestly, I’m quite sick of it. Instead of posting memes and making fun, how about we take time to encourage our young people. Lift them up, engage them in conversation, and tell them when they’ve done a good job.
