The family’s golden retriever had just given birth to her litter, only a few days before the couple welcomed their newborn daughter. For safety, the pups stayed in one room while the baby rested in another.
But one quiet afternoon during nap time, the monitor captured something no one expected. The mother dog gently knocked down the gate, carefully carrying one of her puppies in her mouth. She padded into the nursery and placed her pup right beside the baby’s crib.
Moments later, the camera showed the two newborns one human, one pup curled up side by side, fast asleep.
