What started as a tense scene at a bank in Montebello quickly turned into something far more powerful. A 92-year-old man was denied access to his own money because his ID had expired — until Officer Robert Josett stepped in. Instead of treating it like just another disturbance, he chose compassion: driving the man to renew his ID, then back to the bank so he could finally withdraw his funds. 💙
