I took this photo at Longwood Gardens during the tulip bloom. At first, I was simply drawn to the sweet image of a woman walking with her daughter and snapped a quick picture.
But later, when I looked more closely, I noticed something I hadn’t seen in the moment—a daughter was also coming toward us, gently pushing her mother in a wheelchair.
Two scenes, moving toward each other. Two ends of life’s continuum, meeting in the middle.
We are loved when we are carried.
We are loved when we become the carriers. 🌷
