Bruiser hates car rides. However, one time, we went on vacation and had the audacity to leave him with a dog sitter for a WHOLE week. Ever since then, any time he sees us packing up the car, he takes the liberty of “packing” himself, so we don’t “forget” him again.
I was packing the car just now for a trip we are taking, despite us not leaving for a few more hours. Bruiser refuses to get out of the car. He said, “I‘m not falling for this shit again!” 😅
*EDIT! Yes, he gets to come on this trip. We are going to Grandma Cindy’s, who does not believe in enforcing his diet, and exclaimed just last night, “Everyone gains weight over the holidays! Bruiser is allowed to, too!” 😂
