In Paris, a bus driver, exasperated by passengers who wouldn’t make space for a man in a wheelchair, took an unusual approach: he ordered everyone off the bus, announcing “Terminus!” to empty the vehicle.

After ensuring the man and his companion could board comfortably, the driver resumed the route with just them aboard, leaving the other passengers to await the next bus. This decisive action, which took place in October 2018 in the 17th arrondissement, was reportedly motivated by the driver’s dedication to accessibility and fairness, as he commented, “Everyone might need a wheelchair one day.”
