“I can’t express how much I love my husband, Frank Tripp! While driving home from an appointment at the Fresno VA, he suddenly made a U-turn. We noticed a man in a wheelchair struggling on the other side of the road, completely alone. His drive motor had fallen off, and no one was stopping to lend a hand. Frank quickly jumped out and helped the man get it back on. Just like that, he was back in motion! My husband really does have a huge heart!”
