“Please excuse the bird poop on my windshield, but I had to take a quick picture of what just happened!
Kade and I were on the way home from school. We got behind one of the school buses on Cobbham Rd. They had traffic down to one lane for the resurfacing project, so traffic was super slow. As we approached the crew working on the other side of the road, the bus put on their flashers and came to a stop. Honestly, I thought they were letting a student off, but what I saw next was no student getting off the bus.
The bus driver began to hand the road crew bottles of water with something attached to it. I couldn’t make out what was attached, but what I do know is that this driver had obviously prepared those waters with the sole purpose of bringing them to those workers. I just can’t even explain the smiles I saw on their faces as I passed by them.
