Thousands of people had gathered to light candles and pray in Naga City, Philippines on June 14th, according to Viral Press.
The moment happened above a mass gathering near the Basilica Minore of Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
“Earlier that morning, the skies were dark and heavy. It looked like it was about to rain any moment. But as the mass progressed, the weather held back. Then came a powerful moment,” said one attendee, according to the outlet.
